My weather station is located in Cheddleton village, Staffordshire Moorlands. We have traditional weather instruments and automated instruments , we have recently introduced a seismic instrument to record earthquakes around the world, we have a lightning radar to detect storms. There is a wealth of information on our website. We have a section where we have modified instruments ,one example is our rain duration period sensor which records the intensity of the downpour.
