The purpose of the site is to provide meteorological data for long term biodiversity monitoring sites in England. The aims are to improve our ability to monitor climate change and its impacts on biodiversity. We wish to have a better understanding of how ecosystems are responding to changing climate, to what extent these changes vary across the country and what mechanisms underlie these changes.
