The site is private using a Davis Vantage Pro 2 Plus with 24-Hour Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield with added Solar and UV sensors. The site is also an Official Rainfall Station site for the Met Office and the Environment Agency and was established in May 1966. It was then I became a Voluntary Rainfall Observer for them recording daily rainfall using a Met Office Manual Rain - Gauge Mk 2 at my rear garden lawn site to the Present Day David, Site Owner.
